Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about meeting with us.
How much does the first meeting with a financial advisor cost?
Nothing. There’s no charge for your first conversation or for building an initial look at where you stand. We believe in giving you value up front, so you can decide for yourself whether working together makes sense.
What should I bring to my first meeting with a financial advisor?
Just yourself and your questions. If you’d like us to get a fuller picture, recent account statements, investment holdings, your monthly budget and any insurance or annuity contracts are helpful. You’re welcome to redact your account numbers, since we only need the basics to begin.
What actually happens at the first meeting with a financial advisor?
It’s a relaxed, friendly conversation. We’ll talk about your goals, your concerns and what you want your retirement to look like. There’s no sales pitch and no obligation, just a chance to see if our approach is the right fit for you.
Does Copper Creek Financial work with people who already have an advisor?
Yes. Plenty of folks come to us for a second opinion, especially when they feel their current plan overlooks areas like income, taxes or healthcare. We’re happy to take a fresh look and tell you honestly what we see.
Is there a minimum amount of savings to work with Copper Creek Financial?
While we do our best work for families with at least $250,000 in investible assets, we help hardworking families at many different stages of life. The best way to find out if we’re a good fit is to schedule a call so we can talk through your situation and how we can help.
